Amy’s approved campaign privacy policy has not yet been supplied. The native Vendasta entry form is enabled on the invitation page and sends submitted details to Vendasta for processing. CRM configuration and successful submission testing have not been confirmed.
This is a launch-status notice, not a final privacy policy. Hosting and font or image delivery services may process routine connection information when the page is loaded.
Policy details still required
The owner-approved policy must explain:
- Who is responsible for the information and how to contact them about privacy.
- What information is collected, including campaign tracking and consent records.
- How giveaway administration and optional newsletter marketing use that information.
- Vendasta CRM and any other service providers that receive or process the information.
- Retention, applicable privacy rights, and how to request access or deletion.
- How subscribers can withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe, and the policy’s effective date.
The native form’s consent settings still need to be verified: marketing consent must be separate and unchecked by default. Entering without that consent must not create a newsletter subscription.
