1. Sponsor
The 2026 Seasonal Gift Basket Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Amy's on the Avenue, operated by [CONFIRM LEGAL BUSINESS ENTITY], located at 539 N. Citrus Avenue, Crystal River, FL 34428 ("Sponsor").
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at [CONFIRM LAUNCH TIME] Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), and ends Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
Entries received outside this period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Florida who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are able to arrange local prize pickup in Crystal River, Florida.
Employees of the Sponsor, individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, and members of their immediate households are not eligible.
Void outside Florida and where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Amy's on the Avenue giveaway landing page and complete the entry form with your first name and valid email address.
Entry is free. No purchase, payment, Facebook follow, social media share, referral, or newsletter subscription is required.
Entrants may separately choose to subscribe to The Avenue Edit, Amy's monthly digital newsletter. Subscribing does not increase the chances of winning.
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
5. Prizes
Two winners will each receive one seasonal gift basket:

Prizes are awarded as described, subject to availability. No cash alternative is offered. Any substitution will be of equal or greater retail value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Two different winners will be selected through random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning, regardless of newsletter subscription status.
Winners will be selected and contacted using the email addresses provided on Sunday, November 1, 2026.
A general winner announcement will be made on Amy's on the Avenue's Facebook Page that day. Winners' names or photographs will only be publicly shared with their permission.
Selected winners must respond within 72 hours of notification. If a winner is ineligible or does not respond within that period, an alternate winner may be selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Prize Pickup
Prizes must be collected in person at Amy's on the Avenue, 539 N. Citrus Avenue, Crystal River, FL 34428, within 14 calendar days after winner confirmation, unless another arrangement is agreed upon by the Sponsor.
No purchase is required to collect a prize.
